A partial first floor extension, with stonework to match existing, was provided to meet the clients desire for more bedrooms.

A single storey side extension was also provided to create amenity space on the ground floor, with access to the garden at the rear of the property.

The demolition of the existing conservatory allowed for a single storey rear extension to be created. Hexagonal bi-fold doors and a considerable glass lantern contribute to the openness of the space.
