Barn Conversion to Habitable Annexe, Withernwick, Hull
This project aims to make use of a previously neglected barn. Located next-door to the inhabited original farmhouse, the barn is surrounded by acres of green space and other amenities.
The living/dining room is an open area, with four velux windows and high level windows allowing light to penetrate into the space. Adjacent is a sitting room and bathroom, with full height windows providing an area to look onto the masses of green land the annexe is situated in.
Upstairs is a single master bedroom with two dormers and Velux windows. Dormers provide substantial headroom above the bed, creating a more open space and further accentuating the view from the annexe
