The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof. A steeper pitched roof has been proposed which will allow an additional floor to be constructed, giving license to move bedrooms upstairs and creating a more interactive, connected space on the ground floor.
A rear extension allows for an open kitchen/dining room, with bi-fold doors providing stunning views onto the sizeable garden. Similarly, the proposed balcony with glass balustrading offers a sheltered, relaxing space easily accessible from the master bedroom.
